Sam handled everything for us with our insurance company from start to finish, which was a TREMENDOUS help since I have been in a breast cancer battle. We started this process after my 1st surgery and I was just starting my radiation when they were taking off the old damaged roof and putting on the new one. Sam explained this to his team and they were so unbelievably respectful of not just our home/property but of what we are going through and had the roof completely done in a few hours. Sam went the distance to make sure all of our questions were answered instantly as well as checking on us to make sure we were doing ok and things were going well for us. He also explained our “battle” to his boss Brian who was also an enormous blessing to us during all of this. The entire roofing team was professional, not loud, mindful of our property and cleaned up everything including in our gardens before they left.

Sam Stahl stopped by one day, introduced himself and noted that we had hail in our subdivision a few days prior. He also said that he’d like to get on our roof to see if there was any damage done. I saw his truck so I knew that he represented … More Superior Group. I gave him permission to inspect our roof, and the rest is history. We had damage. I contacted our insurance company and arranged for their inspector to come out, and I let Sam know the date and time, and he met the guy, and together they did a formal inspection. Today, after insurance approval, we have a beautiful new roof that my wife selected and flashing to eliminate the leakage that we’ve seen on the interior. I have nothing but praise for Sam Stahl. I had a good feeling about him from the beginning, and that feeling has turned into total trust because of his actions throughout this process. He made certain to explain everything, and was so thorough that I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. He was, and is, a person who takes pride in what he does, and makes it 100% sure that the customer (us) is happy at the end of the process. He just left the house and noted that prior to getting his folks to repair the ceiling damage, he wants to wait until the rain comes through this week to make sure that there are no more leaks. I trust Sam totally and you can too. He has integrity and is totally honest. Oh yeah, one more thing. The insurance paid for everything.

Allstate sent an appraiser who told us that the company would only … More pay to patch the roof because it already had been patched in three places. Of course, our deductible was higher than the cost of repair. Austin worked tirelessly to get some payment from Allstate, and he was successful in getting more than we would have received had we tried on our own. Austin kept me informed throughout the entire process. When workers arrived to change the roof, I was very impressed by how hard they worked. The roof was on in a matter of hours. One aspect my wife and I noted was the quality of their employees and their vendors. Matt served as our Foreman (for lack of a better term) and became a friend (as did Brian). Matt inspected the work and managed the entire process. We decided, at their suggestion, to be involved in picking floors, cabinets, vanities, etc. Every single company and vendor was professional and responsible and it was obvious Superior Group is intentional to work with quality companies.
